In 1986, the world's worst nuclear disaster occurred at the Chernobyl power station. Soviet authorities established a 30km 'Exclusion Zone' around this nuclear wasteland, but in 2006 a second explosion rocked the stricken reactor, obliterating all living things and causing the Zone's boundaries to ripple outwards. From this epicenter came waves of mutated creatures, deadly radiation, and a strange, anomalous energy. The Zone was cordoned off by the military, who would shoot on sight anyone foolish enough to brave the horrors within.

This is an entirely optional fix for the non-widescreen version of my inventory, either vanilla/mod-mergeable or OGSE 0.6.9.2. It just centres the talk panel - I don't know why, but I had the talk panel 23 pixels further to the right than it should have been, so it isn't centered properly (by a tiny amount, hardly noticeable). All values in the released talk.xml are correct for its position, so it doesn't look wrong, it's just more to the right than it should be. I'm just that fussy that I decided I'd release this altered talk.xml that puts the texture in the exact centre of the screen, with the rest of the values changed to fit. If no one else is bothered, that's okay, it just makes me feel a little better to have this out there.
