In 1986, the world's worst nuclear disaster occurred at the Chernobyl power station. Soviet authorities established a 30km 'Exclusion Zone' around this nuclear wasteland, but in 2006 a second explosion rocked the stricken reactor, obliterating all living things and causing the Zone's boundaries to ripple outwards. From this epicenter came waves of mutated creatures, deadly radiation, and a strange, anomalous energy. The Zone was cordoned off by the military, who would shoot on sight anyone foolish enough to brave the horrors within.

Description

Friends, we are in a hurry to share the new version of the Wooden Addon, which has been updated to version 0.2. This time, work has been done on the Landfill location, which received new vegetation models and was compiled at maximum settings. Despite the high Dump compilation settings, for players of the standard version of Shadow of Chernobyl, we recommend playing only in full dynamic lighting. Everything works stably on the OGSR Engine version. The archive of version 0.2 includes a Cordon and a Dump, as well as a fix from version 0.1. In the future, we plan to add optional autumn textures, and closer to the release version 1.0, rebuild all locations at high settings, correcting errors and refining some environment models. Also, do not forget, if possible, to give feedback so that we can fix bugs and bugs during development. Well, good hunting, stalkers!

Here's what I'm thinking, how about smoothing some of the sharp geometry that affects movement? You know how we mappers draw an invisible slope brush / model on top of stairs or similar serrated edges to make the movement smoother? Why not give some areas of the map that treatment? As you know, in STALKER you can clip to almost any obstacle while moving.

This smoothing work is done in multiplayer maps of STALKER, do you know what I mean? Doing something similar in this project would be a great addition.
