File Here: Nexusmods.com

Copy-paste the files to "C:/Users/YOUR_USERNAME/Documents/My Games/Skyrim"

SkyrimPrefs.ini
Skyrim.ini

In my case it has increased about 12 fps (from 24 to 36) it was so great
Just see which are the results:
Youtube.com

Enjoy!

IMPORTANT:
In case you see the screen cut or something like that, that's because the modified resolution, the resolution depends on your laptop screen and you can costumize it without put the scrict resolutions that Skyrim imposes. Just see the image I've posted for the resolutions and to put it go to SkyrimPrefs.ini and edit
iSize H = NUMBER
iSize W = NUMBER
In my case I've put 600 and 1024 to boost the fps so far without having gross flat shading.
