When the islands first rose from the planet's surface, we were terrified. Some called it the end of times. Others sought to arm themselves against some invisible threat. Years have passed since that amazing time, and we have grown accustomed to these floating giants above our heads; many of us have even made our homes upon their soil. But time is always changing that which we take for granted. The world is picking up speed again, and changes are once again coming to our small world. Skykick is a full 3d strategy game, with players maneuvering small numbers of aircraft via intuitive flight path controls, with the aim of course being to shoot down their opponent. Ships range in scale from small, single person fighters, to multi-hundred foot long cruisers and battleships.

I like the initial design... but it needs a bit reworking. As of present, the plane is a bit questionable on the matter of being aerodynamic. I'd suggest perhaps two engines near the main hull of the ship, set near the windows. That is, if you allow for any sort of jet purpulsion.

Otherwise, I like the design. An alternative for a smuggling vessel might be to actually take a tip from more stealth-aimed fighters of the modern day. Perhaps it's more flat and spread out, with several engines (propeller or jet) on the top and bottom of a larger wing-shaped craft?

Description

The XL-241 is a large merchant vessel with a light armament (turrets don't showed on the picture). Commonly used to run cargo but also used by smugglers. About as long as a typical 737, 20 crew member (have small salon for passenger into nose part and large cargo compartment in central and rear part of fuselage)
