Ever play zero gravity mini golf? Reflect is a unique game, with an interesting mechanic. Set in a highly atmospheric and abstract environment, your objective is to reflect shiny gems though the goal rings. It's a lot harder than it sounds.

Description

After plans to redesign several levels, and make them more interesting, one of these plans was to increase the shield's AI. Well, in the demo, they tended to be rather large and bulky. Not to mention they didn't really match the theme of the rest of the level.

So after some design, I have reworked their design to make them more glass-like. You can easily see through them, making them seem match less cluttered on their field. And they have a nice new reflective polish to them. Very pleasing to the eye.

This comes with another sweet addition. I have written a script for custom reflection probes in Unity, as opposed to using the default ones which I was using before. These are much, much faster, and I have a lot more control over them. And they look a little better to on the materials. To prove how fast they are, the reflections on the shields are both 2048 x 2048, updated each frame. The shield is running at 1024 x 1024, also each frame. The game is running at 1600 x 900, and I'm STILL have > 60 Fps. Now that's impressive. ^^ (Plus infinite light bonuses!!! :D)
