Loot It! is a small adventure-like stealth game with a cute comic look currently in development. You play as a young thief trying to gather as much loot as you can before being caught by the guards. If you like, you can submit your score to the leaderboards to compete with other players. Currently it features AI guards who are able to see and hear you based on your movement and the level of light and randomly choosen Level Parts and Guards, so the game is different everytime you play it.
Hello guys, sorry that I didn't do a update yesterday, I was very busy.
Today I created some missing assets to remove the annoying holes in some of our tilesets. These aren't very intresting so I won't show them. Also I created this new fancy hanging carpet. The Rest of the work was mainly behind the curtain and included bugfixes and Stuff like that. Does anyone of you know a good, if possible free, screen capturing Tool? I'd really like to create some moving pictures as I think they will be more effetive to show off our Assets and some gameplay elements.
Have a nice day, I'll try to be back as soon as possible with new Art Assets.
Great work. You're environments are looking better and better!
Screen Capturing:
Fraps - Fraps.com <--- Free
CamStudio - Camstudio.org <--- Free
Camtasia - Techsmith.com <--- $299 USD
Thank you, I actually tried CamStudio but somehow it only produced videos with a framerate of 12 fps or less. As far as I know does fraps this annoying thing with the watermark, but as I haven't checked it out yet I'll give it a try.
The free version of fraps is pretty functional for ingame Stuff, I can't capture my workflows in other programs with it though. Also the 30 second limit of the free version is a little letdown, but I think I'll just buy it as 29 bucks isn't that much money, thanks again!
Dxtory.com
I definitely prefer dxtory to fraps, lot more options, that said a little harder to understand but isn't to hard
thank you, will check it out
