Kika & Daigo: A Curious Tale is a local split-screen co-op game where a girl and her fluffy corgi go on an adventure to find her lost grandpa. In order to find her grandpa, Kika has to look for clues that grandpa left behind. In this game, one player plays as the girl and the other as the corgi. In this adventure, you will find many obstacles and different level settings in order to unite yourself with grandpa again.
To solve the mystery, teamwork is essential. Kika & Daigo: A Curious Tale focuses on teamwork in order for the players to progress through the levels. Both players have different abilities that will help to solve the mystery.
Kika
- Use her umbrella as a trampoline in order to help Daigo reach new heights
- Turn & twist in order to get the right combinations
- Wanna climb ladders? We got them!
Daigo
- Bark like you never barked before
- Pee & poop on everything. EVERYTHING
- Give items to Kika to help you out!
- Use the dog treats to go faster than ever before
Please note: there is no "single player" version of this game, Kika & Daigo: A Curious Tale is specifically designed to be played by two players locally.

We are Big Fat Cat Studio and for the past 11 weeks, we, fifteen students, have been developing a game for our minor at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. The goal of the minor is to develop and release a game within a short amount of time.
We are proud to show you the result, Kika & Daigo: A Curious Tale. Our game is a free local co-op mystery game where players have to work together to find grandpa. Grandpa has suddenly gone missing and left clues behind. One player will play as Kika, the granddaughter who wants to be a legendary detective like her grandpa. The other player will play as Daigo, her fluffy sidekick who loves to pee and poop on everything. Together they will have to explore places, find clues and solve puzzles to find grandpa. Will you be able to find him? And will he still be alive?
