Fallout: Australia - Revision 6
Full Game, Fully Patched ready to play. So Jump on in and start a post apocalyptic life!
A Fan-Made MMORPG based in a post-apocalyptic Australia, The game isn't designed with a linear storyline like most other games, in this world the player must make a life for themselves, whether that be a criminal life of killing and stealing, or a respectable life of living in a small desert ranch.
The Player will be able to forge relationships, alliances and friendships with the NPC's within the game. You may enslave any creature within the game, build robots, build a home, Hire mercenaries, become a Commander, have children. raise them to grown adults.
The Game is a fun experience to try and build yourself a life in the post apocalyptic world.
Go build a car, or a motorbike.. maybe have some kids.. Good luck!

OH, and be warned. THERE IS NO SAVE FUNCTION! ( For Multiplayer. )
It's been a long time fans. I'm sure for some of you, who relished in the glory of FOnline Australia back in its heyday in 2014-2016 you may have had a passing thought about the destiny of the game.
Well, in whatever rare free time I have had in these recent years, I continue to make some developments. Sadly, some features were lost in a corrupted hard-drive in 2016 however, using the downloadable singleplayer build I have managed to pick up the torch and continue tinkering in the game world.
In 2023, for your information, I have made the following mechanical improvements to the game:
World Map & New Locations:
Hey, if you knew what the colours actually meant, you might have a good idea of where to settle in the new world map. In essense, the east coast has far more difficult and mountaneous terrain, the deserts (dark green) are very sparsely populated, not too many interesting encounters. There are other colours I will let the fans figure out when the game eventually comes out to release again. (2024 edition??)
(Coastline where coastline would be anticipated, basically along the boundary of the entire continent)
Hope you had a great Christmas,
See you all around.

How is the playerbase now? Wtf guys that's the most advanced server in term of feature...
Server died some years ago now mate.
The server still works, but the biggest issues are the lack of pre-existing players. And the reletively small map size with fast travel.
Vehicles are super fast. In a few seconds you can go coast to coast.
Starting the game is rather slow if anything its because of the delay/tiredness in finding resources and understanding where to find the resources. There's just no way you'll reliably fight anything when you first get out.
Some issues that could happen are alt characters, just move all new characters to some town, unload all the items into the merchants and then you've got lots of stuff, balance isn't really ruined this way IMO due to the lack of high tier items on merchants. of whom restock very often.
There might be a band or two of players, but if you're looking for PVP this server might not meet your demands. Crafting could do with some craftable containers. I would recommend the makers if they're still developing the game to check out the other Fonlines out there to see what they have that this one doesn't, and then I would recommend the map get expanded, or for travel speed to decrease significantly
Things I found to be interesting:
The radio you get upon revival, contact friends?
The dialogue when you eat or drink stuff.
My biggest suggestions would be:
Add meat to the drops of animals, Make brahmins more common, and to make certain regions have certain resources instead of allowing everyone the chance to get every resource in one square. This would lead to players moving about more to get more resources.
Thanks for the suggestions; Yes the biggest problem currently is the playerbase. People log in, fail to find people, then log off. and as soon as he's logged off somebody else joins and does the exact same thing; a vicious cycle indeed!
