It's time to keep safe your city from a zombie invasion and to get Jimmy's guitar back ... Play this "Run & Gun & Granny Tower Defense" Game solo, coop, or versus, and save the day !
The 1.2.4 update of Jimmy Vs Zombies is now live !
Now, players can play with more gamepads and arcade-Sticks models, and not only the x360 controllers.
This version includes both the support of DirectInput Gamepads/Sticks
and the support of Xinput gamepads (X360 and other recent gamepads).
On the controls screen, the matching index of the button is shown for non-xbox360 controllers.
All gamepads we have at TOMAGameStudio work fine:
- PS2 pad (with USB adapter),
- PSOne pad(with USB adapter),
- Hori Soul Calibur V Arcade Stick,
- Thrustmater 8 buttons,
- Saitek P2600,
- Xbox360 USB controller.
All this models work fine, and most of "standard" DirectInput/Xinput gamepads should work fine too.
but some models can probably not work, and some additional drivers can probably not work too.
Also, the price of the Pc version of the game is now 1.99$.
Enjoy ! :)

Jimmy Vs Zombies is the bonus game of "The Halloween 2 Bundle" Indie Royale !
Only 3 days left for this great bundle with 9 games for halloween :)
It crashes almost immediately after I try to launch it. Windows 7 64-bit.
Hi, Did you installed the Xna 4.0 (refresh) redist and the dotNet 4.0.Client redist ?
(If you play it from the Desura client it should have installed it for you)
If not or if you're not sure, you can find it here :
- .Net 4.0 Client, downloadable :
- Xna 4.0 Redist, Downloadable :
Sorry I took a bit to respond. The game started working though I do not know why. I did install it through Desura. Perhaps it just needed a reboot to get everything in working order. Runs fine now. Again, thank you!
Is this another one of those windowed-only mobile-to-PC ports that require a magnifying glass to play, or can you view it full screen?
The PC version is coded in c# and is the first version of the game.
(the mobile version is coded in java, and is a bit different).
You can play the game full-screen or windowed as you convenience,
and change the resolution (all common resolutions from 640*480 to 1920*1080),
and you can also simulate scanlines with an option.
The Mobile version is still in development, and so not available yet but we hope for soon.
Fantastic. Full-screen support is important to me. Thanks. The game looks like a lot of fun and I really like the artwork in the screenshots.
Good Game! Just... Its Themed Horror? Cause It Seems Lik eAn Arcade :P
You're right, it's a bit confusing.
In fact when we submitted the game, we had to choose the style (Arcade) , and then we had to choose the theme ( like fantasy, nature, sci-fi, etc. and so we choosed horror because of zombies).
It looks like profiles only show the theme and not the style.
Nice game, whats the difference between this unreleased game and the version of the another competitor digital game shop?
Hi ! both are same.
