Take to the sea in pursuit of gold and prestige! Pirates are a menace to the local island ports and it is up to you to stop them. Accept missions and bounties to gain rewards for hunting down your foe. Or buy low and sell high at the markets between ports. Then use your earnings to upgrade your ship and improve it's capabilities at the shipyard. Compare your progress with other captains, those you know and those from all over. Sail the High Seas to find your fortune in gold and prestige. Fight off pirates in dynamic combat, track your targets, steer the helm, and lead your shots. Dock up in port to repair and upgrade your ship or perhaps do some trading in the markets between ports. Accept missions and bounties to gain rewards and see how you measure up in total gold and prestige on the leaderboards.

You can see the trajectory of your shot before you take it and adjust the aim your shot will take to reach targets near and far. You can also set your speed and the course of your helm to help you line up the perfect shot. In addition, any mission you are on will have a compass showing the direction of the group of enemies you're required to kill. Any bounty you have active will count towards any kill of that particular ship size.

When in port you can upgrade your ship to increase cannon power, the distance of your shot's arc, speed, turning radius, and health. You'll need increasing amounts of gold and prestige to unlock these upgrades, however. There is also a market in port where you can trade 12 different trade items at varying prices. Finally, the leaderboards are implemented with Google Play Games and just require you to login with their service to start posting to both friends and global leaderboards.
