We were also very worried as that instalation issue has affected our launch, and possibly our game rating (I can see some people rating it really low as they couldn't install and play it.)

DESURA's installation process are having some ISSUES and not working properly. We have contacted Desura to fix them and are waiting response. We tried to download several other demos by Desura's system and does not working either.
