Dungerous is a single player survival match-2 puzzle RPG. It's based on unique mechanics, patiently and carefully crafted over the curse of 2 years. - Small 5x5 grid. - Highly tactical (each move, each purchase counts). - Swap-then-tap match-2 mechanic (never seen before AFAIK). - Each item, potion, or special power, brings a new element to the gameplay. - Team management and pets, which multiplies the possibilities and the strategies. - Losing resets all Improvements except for Grok, which opens another strategic route. - Characters fight directly in the grid (and not outside of the grid like in most puzzle RPG). - Semi-randomly generated dungeons (grids). - Bosses.

Description

This commented video shows how the difficulty is balanced in Dungerous.
Let’s say hero-number-one is defeated in a dungeon YOU find difficult.

Then, while hero-number-one regains strength, you can play with another hero (from your team of 4 heroes, let’s call it hero-number-two).

Hero-number-two finally reaches the same difficult dungeon, hero-number-one is still waiting here.
So, you’ll fight this difficult dungeon with TWO heroes, which makes it much easier to beat this time.

And that’s it. So basically, you get help from your previously defeated heroes on dungeons that are a problem for YOU.
