《Drifting : Weight of Feathers》is a third-person shooter-action game. The combat system revolves around air-to-ground, air-to-air shooting and traversing. Each encounter in the game challenges the player to develop a situational awareness in 3D space, which includes constantly prioritizing your target whilst observing the surroundings to find out the key to advance to the next stage.

A Glimpse of Tutorial Level
Depending on the feedback I received from the playtest sessions, this tutorial level is most certainly subject to change and, hopefully, with each iteration and improvements, players will be able to overcome the high learning curve of this game.
Please stay tuned for the second part of "《Drifting》 The Making of Tutorial Level" :)
Do you plan on releasing a demo soon? I have been following the development for quite a while now, combat system seems interesting, I'd love to give it a try.
Hey~CausticMelon,
Thank you for your interest!
Although I cannot promise you anything, for now, I think it's very likely a demo will be released in the future.
I'm currently fine-tuning the tutorial level since up until now, the general consensus is that the game has a high learning curve and it's hard to proceed without a good tutorial lesson.
For players to fully enjoy and have a good gaming experience, I need to at least fix this problem before releasing a demo. The process of fine-tuning will involved a lot of back and forth between (a small group of) different indie-devs test play the game giving feedbacks and me identify and fix the underlying problem.
Since this is my first indie project, I honestly have no idea how long this process will take before the tutorial is good and solid, however, the feedbacks (from people who are entirely new to the game) are improving from the past 6 months, so I think the tutorial level is at least closer and closer to its final form.
I appreciate your interest and patience for the game, and I wish you a wonderful weekend :)
I understand, best of luck with your project, and a wonderful weekend to you as well.
