I have issues playing the latest Project Brutality as well. It seems like a bug, which I can see inside of my helmet when I use pistol.

The issue is Project Brutality. I recommend you not use Brutal Doom or it's derivitives.
It's a conflict with PB, as a workaround you can delete the VOXELS folder of DISSENSION v1.4 FINAL.PK3 with SLADE or 7-Zip.
Not every doom wad has to be played with project brutality and then expect the wad authors to adjust their maps in order to make it compatible with pb. ******* idiots.
while its rude to demand a fix, its not impolite to ask. i love PB and this mod sounds fun! but i can try and do my own legwork as Psi7 pointed out.
