Your map is unable to be completed. After entering the room that requires the blue skull key and fighting off all the monsters in it, simply walking into the teleporter with the yellow key card on it kills you instantly. This is because you accidentally added an extra player 1 start at the other side of the teleport. Haven't gotten anywhere past that though.
Does it happen every time? When I play this map I don't encounter this issue.
Yes. It happens on all skill levels and on every attempt. I've noclipped to where I was supposed to go and there is an extra player 1 start. Here is a screenshot for reference: I.imgur.com

first room is too hard, enemies are too tough when all you have is a berserker pack and a pistol, the room with the mancubi can let you be stuck where the lava is with no way out and the map is just really linear. you really need to learn how to make doom maps because this is really bad.
