Upgraded Backpack Sizes file - Dead Island

As a long-time RPG player, I always like to pick everything up while I'm playing the game, and then play "inventory tetris" later once I get back to town - thus, I usually end up with a full backpack.

I've made this mod to upgrade the player backpack to immense size, so that we can run around and pick up everything that's not nailed down... and anything that is nailed down that we can pry loose! :-P

To activate the mod, you will need to level up to the point where you can get your character's backpack space increase skill, over in the Survival tree. At that point, for every point that you put into the Deeper Pockets skill, you will gain 100 inventory slots instead of two.

This mod comes with a HUGE caveat at this time - there is a pretty terrible save-file corruption issue associated with having too much "stuff" in your inventory - so having too many weapons and crafting items all bloat your savefile when it comes time to exit the game. If you do use this mod, then I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU to sell off any weapons you don't absolutely need before logging out of the game. This restriction will hopefully go away once the developers fix the corrupted saves issue.
