Cubey is a timing based puzzler. It's simply about dodging blocks but there's also a lot of other mechanics like: Jump pads, Moving blocks, Lasers, etc... Its fully gamepad and keyboard supportive, we're also planing a iOS and Android release. For quick updates follow us on Twitter @LostKeyGames
Cubey 2 has finally been announced. We've been planning this for awhile and finally in the beginning of May we started development. It will be available on PC/Mac/Linux/iOS/Android and PS Vita. Our team here as been quiet, after the release of Cubey we moved on to a much larger project. We've been quiet for so long, we decided to take a break and work on Cubey 2. It will feature gorgeous 3D level design, revamped code to make the game more enjoyable and lots more in the coming months.
We'd like to thank all the people who bought Cubey, even those who viewed our page! You've made us so proud!
A timing based puzzler, about dodging blocks and other mechanics to learn.
Unfortunately cubey will be delayed for a few days cause of some Desura stuff.
This is the little delayed mac demo. Thanks for your patients and Good luck! Note: After playing the Demo some times we found a little bit of bugs. None...

I see you're using unity. It looks like you need to used Fixed update on your camera script to stop the juddering
In the game this has been fixed. I'm not sure if It's been updated. I'm planning to do an update this following month!
After download and installation it won't run on linux opensuse 12.1 32bit. But I saw that others were succesful. How can I turn on some debugging options to deliver you guys more information? I'm quite experienced in using the command line on linux. So give me a chance to help you and make it run.
generally you could start the game vie the terminal.
Go to your desura path (in most cases /opt/desura) then go to common-cubey and run cubey for example with "sh cubey.sh". It should output the error (maybe a missing lib which you can install manually)
I tried to start it via terminal:
cd /my/path/to/desura/common/cubey
./desura_launch_Play.sh
The unity logo appears in a window, after fading window closes. Command line output says:
./desura_launch_Play.sh: Zeile 21: 10312 Abgebrochen
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$LIB_PATH $BIN_PATH $ARGS $@
Could that help us?
File Cubey_Data/output_log.txt is of current date after each try and contains some errors like:
...
Backtrace stopped: previous frame inner to this frame (corrupt stack?)
================================================= ================
Got a SIGSEGV while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.

...
I also tried to reinstall the files which does no help.
I'm running v1.11 (Full(4192) Build 1) which is the current one a.f.a.i.r.
Great game to kill time, and glad to see more games compatible with linux!
not trying to start nothing but this is like an exsisting game called run 2.
We started this game with no knowledge of any similar games made previous. Of course the games are completely different, even if the gameplay has similarities.
How many levels are there?
There's around 30 levels
