A launcher for any or all of Command and Conquer 3 series of games, such as Tiberium Wars, Kanes Wrath and Red Alert 3.
The builtin Game UI has no mod images to display or readme to show... so another launcher was developed to make the experience a little better.
Plenty of tools for quick access from the Tools combobox so that the tools can be accessed from the launcher window. External tools can be added to the combobox by adding the paths to ToolConfig.ini.
The launcher reads games, maps and mods locations from registry so it can exist almost anywhere on the local system. If not in the registry, the game folders may need to be in the working directory.
Mod selection can display a different splash.jpg, readme.txt... for each mod. A mod can have multiple .skudef files and will show a separate window on start to select the .skudef name to use.
Window mode instead of Full Screen for starting the game can be done with a selection.
A chm help file is included and a readme.txt file to help with setup and usage information.
The sources are available separately from a homepage for the launcher and are under the terms of GPL v3 .
No extra runtime should be needed. Windows 7 SP1 and above is supported.
Okay, I am completely at a loss here. I have dragged the ReadMe into the said folder, the mods are in their mods folder and it still launcher EA Play app, makes me choose the cloud or local save, puts on the splash screen where I have to choose either TW or KW and it STILL doesnt launch the mod.
What am I doing wrong here?
You need to install a specific patch because you are using ea play/origin version of the game.

With these fixed launchers, opening the game from ea app won't work anymore, you need to start the game from the exe in the game folder or using this cnc3 game launcher.
