After years of conflict, the Allies are finally on the brink of victory. Cowering behind the walls of the Kremlin, the Soviets decide to turn to one last act of desperation - the use of an experimental time travel device. This is the newest version of the War of Powers Mod except in English. War of Powers 0.64. The creators never bothered to do this so I did. If I'm asked to remove this I will however. To install is different then other Red Alert 3 Mods. Drag and drop the files into your Red Alert 3 folder and replace if asked. If for any reason the Chinese comes back go into your Red Alert 3 folder and delete Aptui.
