how do I install it? I tried but the language didn't change. It's still russian
If you installed it under Russian, then you need the Russian patch. This isn't a language pack, but a patch for an existing English version.

i installed this patch but i have issue with the registration code

This will fix it after the patch you installed. It's a crack file to replace the ra2_1.12.game file in your ra3 directory. Thank me later.
OMG, tx man. After latest Corona update it was giving me "LUA initialization failed" error, your version fixed it. :)
