You'll battle cultists, gargoyles, zombies, hellhounds, and an unholy host of other terrors in your quest to stop Tchernobog. You must not only defeat the Cabal--you must scour its dread name from human memory. If that means eradicating everyone and everything the Cabal has ever tainted, so be it. Of course, you'll first have to make your way through fortresses, castles, mines, mansions, and estates guarded and kept by Tchernobog's malevolent servants. Fortunately, it is wits that make the hero, and although you're in serious danger of losing yours, you've got enough left to improvise some pretty effective tools of destruction. Aerosol hairspray can be frightening enough on its own, but apply it to a lighter flame and you've got an instant flamethrower (kids, don't try this at home!). Likewise, a flare gun can brighten your prospects considerably against even the grimmest odds, which is to say nothing for shotguns, Tommy guns, and dynamite. Who knows,...
Zandronum compatible version of Blood: Dead on Arrival. 2 player cooperative/deathmatch available but unstable.
IMPORTANT: This is a version made to be compatible with the latest version of Zandronum. The only difference with the GZDoom exclusive version is that some weapons are a bit slower to equip/unequip, and that the Blunderbuss is slightly redesigned to work without ZScript - other than that, the mod is pretty much the same.
Be sure to enable hardware mode after executing the launcher. This one is just for the people who regularly use Zandronum and prefer it over other ports due to any reason, for the rest the GZDoom version is recommended.
Changes made since the original upload:
-Added player two starts throughout the maps in order to allow multiplay.
-Bundled Doomseeker with the mod and source-port.
-Corrected the weapon tags so that they display the proper weapon names.
-Fixed a door in Midgard that wasn't able to be opened in coop, preventing progress.
-Fixed The Football Pitch suddenly sending players in coop straight to the next map for no reason.
-Certain player actions in coop can cause the game to crash.
-Deathmatch isn't properly implemented yet. Player starts are too near each other and certain maps rely on monsters in order to work.
-Finishing Midgard results in a console error.
-Fog may result in compatibility errors with certain plugins.
Due to the above issues, it's recommended to play the mod only on single player mode. Credits to eviltechno for testing.
