The title Age of Ascent references humankind’s ascent into the heavens in the year 2176.
Faster-than-light travel and communications have been achieved.
We’re using the real Milky Way star catalog and as much real science as we possibly can. To realise this goal we’re working closely with the professional space community to map out the milky way, develop a plausible future history and technologies that make sense.
