Axis is a free 3D engine for Web pages and desktop with focus on ease of use. It's implemented in JavaScript for Web and C++ for desktop, all under the permissive MIT license. Includes a tool for editing its scenes - the Axis Editor. Supports keyframe and skeletal animation. Supported 3d formats: .3ds, .obj, .mtl, .fbx, .dae plus its native .axs format. Supported image formats: .jpg, .png, .bmp, .tga, .dds and others plus its native .axi format. Supported sound formats: .wav, .ogg (Vorbis). Supported graphics devices: Direct3D11, OpenGL, Axis Soras (software), WebGL. Supported audio devices: OpenAL. The engine is free and unbinding and the team can provide free support when possible.
