Amazing stuff man, sorry I haven't responded to your PM in awhile. I've got a lot on my plate and I'm waiting to finish Doom II's expansions before I jump into custom stuff like this but early next year I WILL stream this and any dev builds you want me to playtest.
Oh don't worry! ^^
It has been a rough year for everyone so I understand that things would not go as planned now more than ever.
I'm going to take the month of November to rest as well because of some things I have been going on in my life, so even so there's no rush ^^
how to unlock bonus maps for this game
Find Bonus Item in map
awesome i have always been a fan of Zombies Ate My Neighbors
Thanks!
Hey there, hi there, ho there! I just logged in after years only to tell you how much i appreciate this work of yours. Loved the game as a kid and played the hell out of it with friends and family and here we are, 2020 and you get this thing translated into 3D, like it wouldn't be a big deal or whatnot. This is hands down one of the greatest wads i have ever played, it's so true to the original, it's so familiar yet so refreshing to play it as an FPS. For the love of whatever, i just hope that this project will be finished and not taken down by any means, haven't been hyped for a game in years :D
Hi! First of all thank you for your comment! ^^
I read it a month ago but I wasn't sure how to reply.
So, about translating the game into 3D and it being a big deal, I guess it is and I don't usually like to think about it that much because it seems like a titanic task if I do so , so I'll just focus in making one thing at a time and progress more easily that way.
And luckily some things are easy to move from ZAMN to this mod, like the music and some enemy sprites but things like the voxel decorations and textures , and weapons, items , AI and such I have to make them or edit them myself after all so thanks for your appreciation c:
I'll try to make all the levels aswell but it will depend on other things like my available free time to continue working on this project or the possible creative burnout I might suffer by working on a project of this scale for so many years, if something I would like to have at least 12 or 15 levels done with the mechanics of the game fully working and some accessibility for moding or continuing this project as well.
I just heard about, and played a bit of this today. This is awesome friggin work you've got going on here. I remember playing ZAMN when I was younger all the damned time, I love this TC so much currently. Thank you so much for this blast from the past!
No problem! ^^
Thanks for playing it!
Who would say this mod is quite addictive and I loved it a lot, I look forward to the new betas and updates
I'm really happy to hear that! ^^
One of the aims of this mod is to have the replayability of the original game.
The project you did is amazing, when will you get more levels? Keep going
