I've found this mod installer for Xcelleration Open Source Jail Break 1.0 in my huge mod collection/archive.
But unfortunately I can't remember how to get the installer running well.
You get this installation screen shown in the screenshot, but it seems this screen stays forever.
Maybe it doesn't work with a modern operating system (tested on Windows XP and 7).
So if anyone out there can tell how to get the installation working properly - please let me/us know.
Thank you in advance.

Looks like this setup is broken, because it freezes on operation. I found data.pak extracted in my TEMP folder, but this file is packed with SetupStream program and I don't know how to extract it. I managed to investigate this file with HyperRipper (Dragon Unpacker tool) and yes, this is HL mod (seems to be a multiplayer one), but this tool can't extract this data.pak properly, only single bmp/tga/wav files without right folders' structure and files' names. Maybe just DATA.PAK is corrupt.
So I assume it's a multiplayer mod Jallbreak! for WON HL (by some extracted files). Maybe some kind of a special edition of this mod.
Thank you very much for testing the installer and trying to extract it.
Unfortunately it means, that this version will be lost forever? :(
Who knows? I just tried one more time and found, that DATA.PAK is also a program file (exe with pak extension). But even renamed to data.exe it can not run properly. Looks like those guys chose a wrong type of program for creating a setup, lol.
Here is a page of Open Source JailBreak at ModDB:
Moddb.com
This is why zip files are better as they don't freeze for no reason.
Just uploaded OSJB Version 1 there:

Probably, it's almost the same version of the mod as the version here, but RAR-chived, so you should be able to extract all stuff without any problems :)
