WorldEd and V2Brute file

To install these programs, simply unzip the file presented here into your Temple of Elemental Evil folder, and click on the .exe file you want to use: WorldEd.exe is the Official World Editor tool used by the developers Troika to make the Temple of Elemental Evil. V2Brute.exe is a particle editor to edit and make Spell visual effect particles and possibly other stuff too.
