I think this is meant to be a mod for this mod...Which...I'm not quite sure how Moddb handles that. xD
I've made a mistake like this before, but not a lot of people really got on my back about it. And I kinda think it actually revived the mod in a way because it got people talking about it again, which then got the original maker to start working on it again.
You are right,some mods are dead because it's not passing from hand to hand..
if we make frequent use of it this my make the original maker to start working on it again.
Much of the drama could be avoided with some minimum of effort contacting the original author, and failing that, notifying potential recipients of the files that an effort was made but came up empty.
Do you want me to remove it and finish all of this ??
