Version 2.4 is here and comes packed with new menu graphics, loading screens, overhauled super weapons, weapon effects, multiplayer maps, a special operation mission, sidebar icons, and MANY others.
Any and all content designed for The Second Tiberium War, not including public assets, is exclusive to The Second Tiberium War and may not be used in your own mod or distrubuted.
The newest version of The Second Tiberium War is here and it brings great improvements to the table. The most major changes are new menu graphics, loading screens, overhauled super weapons, new weapon effects, multiplayer maps, a new special operation mission, sidebar icons, and MANY improvements in between. Here is a list of all changes you will experience:

- Orca +10% damage overall
- Orca +25% damage vs structures
- Banshee +20% damage overall
- Banshee cost reduced to $1200 from $1300
- Phoenix +80% damage overall, now only one ammo charge
- Artillery -20% hit points while moving
- Artillery +20% hit points while deployed
- Mobile Sensor array -50% hit points, now only available in skirmish options
- Badger Weapon change, properly upgrades to veteran
- C4 Icons added to Tactician
- C4 Icons added to Vega
- Tactician cost reduced to $875 from $1000
- APC -20% hit points
- 100% crew will escape from apc vehicles when destroyed
- Titan weapon effects improves
- Titan now have Armadillo unit voice
- Armadillo now have new unit voice
- Vega hit points reduced, has new weapon effects vs vehicles and infantry
- Stealth Tank +15% hit points, slightly less damage, slightly less speed
- New MCV icons
- Terror Flame Tank +5% hit points, new graphics and icon
- Dragoon +15% hit points
- Ankha renamed to Shukura, new icon
- Light Infantry now $100 reduced from $120
- All Veteran Rank 1 units increase speed, armor, and sight
- All Veteran Rank 2 units have hit point regeneration, weapon enhancement, and scatter (infantry only)
- Some units have special Veteran upgrades (you will have to find out yourself!)

- Missiles +50% damage vs light armor
- Bullet fire -50% damage vs light armor, -50% damage vs structures
- EM effect visual no longer stacks indefinitely

- Construction Yard -10% hit points, now Concrete armor

- Technology Center removed for both factions
- Signature Array +1 Radius, reduced energy cost
- Concrete wall +20% hit points
- Pyramid Obelisk -20% hit points, -20% damage, now fires at multiple targets

- Rocket Tower now has antenna visual

What is the point of the tech center for Nod? You can build it in game with expanded roster turned on and it does nothing. Also Obelisks available as soon as you get War Factory?
Extended Roster are just extra structures and units that are not designed to be part of your main technology, just for fun.
Yes the obelisk and rocket tower is available after factory.
I found a bug in the crater conflict map, at the 3 patches of blue tiberium on the vinifera floor harvesters and other ground units if they move on there get stuck and won't ever move again. Appears to be an ai problem.
Apparently blue Tiberium cannot grow on blue mold. If you place the tiberium down and then the blue mold underneath it will be there in game, but the harvesters will bug out.

I don't know if this was intentional or not, but the expanded roster option in the game creator was removed.
After I released the new version I discovered new players reviewing the game with the extended roster enabled, which was added only for fun. I never balanced those units or structures so I decided against it. Those structures and units are available during certain campaign missions, also feel free to enable them on your own, but it will no longer be official.
Tbh, the extended roster option should've been named "Base Props"

Having issues with loading any campaign or skirmish that it wont load. Is this an issue with Win10? Samething happens to my original TS and FS game.
You probably need to change the renderer in the settings.
can someone give me a walkthrough on how to install this on my computer, i cant figure it out
