Groovy! TUNE returns in this new competition, where we asked mappers to make a map based on not one, but TWO songs!
This is a Source mod that uses Mapbase and Source 2013 Singleplayer SDK. To install, place the "tunetwo" and "mapbase" folders inside your "sourcemods" folder which can be found under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods" if you are using the default Steam install path. Adjust as necessary.
Then you need to make sure you have installed "Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer" under the tools section of your steam library, then you also need to make sure that you have set it to the "upcoming" beta. You can do this via right clicking on the SDK, selecting "Properties", then "Betas" and lastly selecting "upcoming".

Why can't you ever pack a mod in a more orderly manner?
Without junk downloadlist files?
Without autoexec and fov 90 in it?
Without albedo.tga and normal.tga?
Without sound cache files (it's best if they're rebuilt by the user on first launch)?
With all the map sources in the same separate folder?
Finally, with a list of entries here in the description?

Hi, you're right and this is something we do need to improve on. I don't think a lot of these are really issues, but we'll see about correcting them regardless. I went ahead and updated all of the descriptions (ALL of them) with credits.
We mostly operate out of our Discord, where we list credits and such, so never really saw that as something we needed here.
That being said, the last few months have been tough for us. Believe it or not, but we /don't/ run these competitions and make these compilations as a career, and they don't take priority in our lives. Yes, it's a bit messy, but there are reasons for that. It doesn't excuse it, and we WILL try to do better, but in the end, we're doing this for free with nothing to gain in return.
Additionally, later this year I personally plan to update *all* of our competitions one by one with a totally clean base, fixes, and QoL improvements. But our end goal is to still move to Steam and archive this entire mod page, anyway.

it's not like this affects most people who only play these maps
It’s legitimate feedback that we’ll be taking into consideration in the future. Could have been phrased a bit more politely, but thus is the internet.
Though fov 90 is staying as the default, people can change that if they don’t like it.
Is there an alternative key for 'MMB' in 'GHOSTS'? The MMB on my mouse is broken and I don't buy a new one just for this.
