Unpacked mod version to use with vanilla COP install.
Install :
- Unzip
- Launch S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - The Journey - v1.0 - ModVersion.exe
- Select your Stalker COP main folder
- Install

It will fix the awfully short grass draw distance, it's part of the stand-alone version.
do you think it'd be possible to download STCOP or OWR weapon mods to this mod? Or will it always CTD?
It is using vanilla weapons, so there is chances some weapons mods might work.
I had a look at STCOP, and there is much more than weapons files, you would need a redux version with just the guns.
Also wanted to know, does this mod have Atmosfear and Absolute nature already installed or is this completely vanilla besides map changes and story, etc?
No Atmosfear, but custom vegetation. Weather is nice though.

For those having trouble reaching The Cursed Village, try changing your renderer settings to DX10 AND max out the slider for Anisotropic Filtering, (DX10 alone did not work for me). You should then be able to load from the autosave file that got generated when you first tried to go there. I assume if you transition between these levels with these settings it should also work.
Installs but doesn't engage? Installed a fresh version of CoP via Steam, installed the journey 1.0 installer which finished and told me there will be links created. No bloody links and no sign of the game - the only file I can access is the original CoP game. Very annoying!
--- SOLVED! If you have portable hardware installed, the installer tries to install to this first!
So it uses the vanilla weapons, nice, it would be cool if FWR, OWR 3 or SWRP got ported to it.

I understand that a lot of people likes the EFT pack but others don't want to turn every stalker mod into another Tarkov clone.
I can't figure out where to go in the beginning of the game. Looks interesting but give me some indication of where to go...I can deal with no map markers but give me a description of where to go!
I got past the lake part that was easy enough but he told me to go somewhere to see someone after that and I have no idea where the guy is.
