By popular demand I am releasing a patch that reduces the spawn rates of both mutants and NPCs. The next update will have a completely new respawn system, but it's still going to be in development for a while.
If you still don't like the set spawn rates, you can edit them to your liking in gamedata/config/tuning/ogse_config.ltx. The t_spawn value adjusts the respawn interval in in-game hours for additional mutant spawns and t_common adjusts the general respawn interval (for both mutants and NPCs).

You have a ******* good mod, man. But can you do something with radio songs? Return vanila maby? Because in Ukraine we never have this soviet-russian **** on radio. This spoil game atmospher for me atleast(
And want to ask one more thing, I heard that ukrainian lokalization is in proces. Is it true?
Does this work with 1.13? Would love to know because I'm about to start a playthrough.
