is version 3.2.1 better than build 32 in any way? or is it just a patch for linux users kind of version? with no changes at all to the actual game

Honestly, I do not know. What I did was to add Linux libraries which happened to be v3.2.1 to extracted Windows mod.

hey! i tried to play this mod and vs again after 15 years but my steam wont see these games. Any help would be nice.

You should restart Steam client after putting the mod into yoursteamdirectory/steamapps/common/Half-Life directory.
