I think you should change on your NS1 Page that you are working on NS2 as a Mod for Hl2 ;-)
NS2 is no mod, or is it that you are talking about?
No, it was not meant to be a mod but a full stand alone game. Initially started being developed on the Source engine but due to the limitations on this engine they decided to go and start their own engine, now known as Spark.

God that was -years- ago xD Back when NS2 was first announced, to the best of my knowledge, it was supposed to be a HL2 mod :P I think that's what he's talking about.
