macOS plants shader fix file

This patch disables 2 incorrectly working shaders on Macs.

If you have problems with performance after lifting to the surface or you are seeing a whirlpool-like distortion on the trees - it is recommended to use this patch.

Unpack ch_plants_shader_remover.pk3.
Run the project with this file like any other mod *.pk3.
