Description
Legend:Farewell Edition 8.3 is a heavily modified upgrade-remake of Hexen in a classic style, but with a darker and a much more aggressive atmosphere. Featuring almost twice the length of the game, revised and extended levels, more decorations, precision-refined gothic design, new weapons, enemies and effects, 6 characters, plenty of secret areas and even a new storyline and custom-made ending for some of the heroes. More action, more locations, more magic - more classic HEXEN! This is the final and the last iteration of the mod, it is both very different and vastly superior to any other version of Legend.

Alas, but you're mistaken. It never was, and never will be.
At least not by my hand. Since the first year of the HexenMageTower's mod-making days (that would be 2002) - all mods were tailor-made for Doomsday engine, and as the time passed by - they only became more and more so.
Legend FW-Edition (and it's DLC's), Wrath of Magic FW-Edition -
both heavily rely on the Doomsday proprietary scripting in order to operate and to use it's features. So that's the way it is.
