Hotfix Ultimate Ultimatum for 0.8 No.2
New hotfix for 0.8 includes lots of new improvements, bugfixes and table contents.
==== Changelogs Hotfix Ultimate Ultimatum No.2 ====
Due to the unproductive methods of which i developed the mod and this hotfix, the following changelog won't be as detailed considering i forgot some of the changes i made over the course of months i developed it. "Various" or "Some" here just means a lot was changed that i couldn't remember. There are a lot of changes i made that are difficult to remember so pardon me for it. But i can assure its a lot whole different experience now.

- Revert back the map terrain interface to the previous version.
- Added Change National value decision, available after 1836 and have researched certain techs.
- Added various new National Values, borrowed from HFM.
- Removed any traces of Jan Mayen (Now Saint-Barthélemy).
- Added decision for Nazi Germany to invade Denmark, Norway and Yugoslavia.
- Reactivated V-Day event.
- Readded localizations to lakes.
- Based on feedbacks, added missing activate naval base command flag for More techs.
- Various cores fixes.
- Added Hong Kong and Macau
- It is now advisable that you choose the setup event for each start dates, added minor setups for certain scenarios. Its still however a work in progress.
Bugfixes and tweaks :
- Bubbling or sudden immense of pops in modern start dates have been reduced.
- Core fixes for various countries.
- Reduced natural disaster events
- Fix the reform tab layouts.
- Fixed buggy rebel and cb icons as well as several gui fix.
- Fix various buggy vanilla Ultimate decisions for formable nations.
- Event and decision-related bugs/crash for Japan has been fixed.
- Bunch of pops rearranging fixes.
- Fixed some of the missing pops bugs for Ireland and some Pacific Islands in 1923 and 1939 start dates.
- Fixed democracy transition event always causing random wars.
- Disabled take capital and acquire province cb if you are member of UN.
- Culture arrangements for Native Americans.
- Removed slave pops in any country for 1914 start date and so on.
- Rearrange various flavours in the file Ultimate - Pre-Industrial.
- Fixed various line issues in the Ultimate - Scenario Starters.
- Fixed various Cold War decisions.
- Rearrange China and Qing event and decisions flavours.
- Nerfed fascist coup event in Cold War and Modern start dates.
- German capital for 1923 and 1939 is now Berlin.
- Removed yankee accepted culture for UK.
- Diplomacy and alliance fixes.
- Tweaked ideologies and event modifiers.
- Several line tweaks in define.lua.
Contents :
- Added setup start dates event for each bookmarks. Certain start dates still has placeholders events and flags or even empty, still work in progress.
- Added bunch of optional contents : Biplane sprite, Lucky Nations, More tech trees and Post-War Occupation Zones.
- Complete map overhauls.
- China and Qing Empire now have different tags.
- Added formable ASEAN, African Union and Mittleafrika.
- Added Subalpine Republic, Raigarh and Bahawalpur.
- Added decision to nerfed space colonists pops in early start dates.
- Warsaw pact event now have its own modifiers for the corresponding satelite states
- Added HPM options in decisions menu to disable workplace and bankruptcy events.
- Added more pictures for various events and decisions.
- Added Napoleon Bonaparte and Jeannot de Moncey as general in Napoleonic start date.
- Separate decision for Italy to reclaim Italian cores in Austria. Specifically for 1870 start dates.
- Added units oob for USA in 1914.
- Added more localizations to events and decisions.
Rest of the logs will be updated in the future, just give feedbacks if you have either problems installing it or have suggestions or input for the mod.

To avoid troubles during installation, copy everything inside of the folder to the main mod directory AFTER you have installed the first hotfix. Replace everything, there could be a bug in Windows where some files become either corrupted or not copied after replacing too many files so just to make sure i suggest try copying the files twice. And ALWAYS the clean the cache first whenever you install the new hotfix or the optional contents to avoid crash.
I did what u wrote, but when England peaces out it crashes :/

Ok so I'm confused, which files need to be copied into what? Do I need both this and the file for 0.8 Ultimate Ultimatum and the 8.1 hotfix? This is my first time trying to use this mod.
If its your first time installing it, simply download the 0.8 version and copy it to the mod folder in Victoria II. And then download and install Hotfix No.1 and 2 respectively. To install the hotfix copy it to the main mod directory in mod/Ultimate Ultimatum
Good afternoon. I have tried playing this mod, because it is the best mod for victory 2 that I know of. but the game stays on the loading screen after selecting a start date and giving it play. My computer is portable. My PC does not support it? Should i give up on this mod?
Do not give up :) I'll sent you the full mod file, be sure to check the reply here. And delete the cache folder in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/Ultimate Ultimatum

There is no tech to make paper or furniture factories.
Define clearly of the problem, are you installing the more techs or is it the vanilla mod tech problem?
Greetings, if you encounter problems when you install the hotfix where it renders the mod to be unplayable due to loading crash, try download the full mod file from here and reinstall it completely.

I have been playing as Prussia in the 1604 campaign, I am in 1840 right now. I have either annexed or have under my sphere of influence all german regions, but the even to form the NGF nor the German Empire appear. What am I supposed to do?
Also, my capital continues at Danzig, how do I move it to Berlin?
Yes, will be noted, formable German empire for earlier start dates often times doesn't work properly, i'm planning to add another such decision that aren't buggy.

In the next update revamp, should you remove all cores in North America including the Quinnipac past the colonization by the European powers or gets settled except for Cherokee in Oklahoma and Lakota?
The solution is to add cores of Ceylon/Sri Lanka, Tamil Eelam, and adjust border of India involving Kashmir dispute. Any plans to help with modders to add pictures of tech trees and add ideologies as well as religion?
Yes i am planning to remove those cores, you can always modify it yourself through editing or adding it on the setup event. Yes currently i also needs help at adding pics and icons to various parts of the mod, if you would like to help please contact me here on moddb or my discord

How to end war with non-existent country, I play as Russia and the automatic event makes me declare war to Circassia, but Circassia wasn't spawned so I end up being in the war that I can't win because there's no enem

Me pasa lo mismo, y con la pantalla principal, todo tiene nombres raros en español y no se puede cambiar, al menos no he leído alguna forma de solucionarlo

Hoy siendo 28 de junio a las 3:44 hora mexico he encontrado la solucion para sus problemas del juego
tienen que buscar la carpeta paradox interactive en su computador abren donde dice victoria 2 y ahi mismo aparece la carpeta del mod se llama igual, se meten en la carpeta se van a settings y en vez de spanish ponen english nada mas
(ojo que si les sigue apareciendo igual puede ser por tener el juego en español pero x no preocupation ese video esta en youtube se los dejaria pero no puedo poner url en el comentario pero busquenlo aparece luego luego, por si lo primero no les funciona eso si dejenlo en english lo primero y si les funciona sin tener que cambiar el idioma nuevamente a ingles perfect)
para la instalacion de los parches simplemente tienen que abrir la primer carpeta del primer parche y copiar "Hotfixes" dentro de la carpeta del mod ultimate ultimatum
despues el 2do parche debes de hacer lo mismo en este caso te va a decir que reemplazes los archivos tu los reemplazas como si nada y tambien pasas la carpeta de "options" todo dentro de la carpeta del mismo mod
y lo inicias como si nada y fin espero haberme explicado y haberlos ayudado me estare pasando por aqui para ver si tienen alguna duda
