- fixed hovering objects
- few extra textures added compared to the "base mod"
- few textures are higher resolution through custom mod than in "base mod" (because of space limit)

Yes. This is a normal mod like any other for BF1942 which you can reach from "Custom game" menu. This will not affect graphics on original multiplayer servers. (It will not ruin the base mod either, but if you don't want to try it, don't download it)
The base mod overwrites original files. That's why it works on multiplayer. That's why it might affect other "additional" mods too like DC.
