Open the law to independent Kings and allows independent dukes and lower to hatch and tame.
Diplomacy to steal an untamed dragon.
Diplomacy to steal a dragon egg. Should preserve parentage of the egg.
Removed hatching limit on Players and added diplomacy to gift dragons to others.
Fixed some issues and added stealing dragon eggs and taking dragon's from illegal riders if you hold the crown title.
Fixed Hatch conditions, opened tamer title to indy kings
Added Teach about Dragons diplomacy to teach an egg/dragon hatcher, that you are related to in some manner(Friend, Family, Child, Spouse, Lover), about Dragons, giving them the special flags for visiting the famous Dragon locations.
Now with French translation thanks to avatarblack from the AGOT Forums.
One problem is that if you gift a dragon, and don't tame a new one, you will get the event to choose a new dragon for free. So you can in theory cheat and give out free dragons that you can keep spawning.
Also even with only Blood law in effect, some people are still taming dragons, why is this? Could they be stealing them or what?
First one shouldn't happen since the event should remove your dragon rider trait. Have you used it for previous versions, was it happening in 1.3?
Second one is probably wild dragon's getting tamed since that's part of a random event that I don't touched.
As far as I can see, with a look over of my code and the Validator, there's nothing broken in my mod.
Honestly, could be just broken cause Paradox did a real number on the any_friend(and whatever is breaking my Winds of Winter mod) scope in the 2.7 patches.
I have not used it in previous versions.
The event does not seem to remove the dragon rider trait, you should test this out.
I did, seems CK2 is not removing the friendship in 2.7.1 for a day so the code I have in place isn't firing.
Alright, changed the maintenance to account for this change in the ck2 mechanisms. Give it a try and let me know.

Is there a hidden character modifier that creates a minimum time between hatchings? Trying to hatch my 2nd egg and the hatch event wont show up.
Not that I know of.
Having the same problem he's having. Any theories to what might be causing the still present hatchling limit?
Hey there. What for Teach about dragons flags are needed?
You need to have learned one of the Dragon Intels(having a dragon egg and visiting Harrenhal post harrenhal, visiting Kings Landing, etc) and the person you want to teach has to not know that intel
Apparently, you can't gift dragons if you're an emperor?

With the newest version of AGOT/the game, If the mods active You can't give anyone dragon eggs, or even hatch them it seems. Please update this mod, I love it and want to keep using it, but can't as it is now.
It is updated, same code I've used for many other versions and shouldn't have problems. Also doesn't touch the gift eggs code at all, so I think something exterior to my mod is broken.
Does this mod have console commands? I'm playing as Targs and no one is voting to aapprove Dragon Laws, so I was wondernig if I can just console command it?

I downloaded the mod but it doesn't work on AGOT and Submods like Valyrian freehold and rhonys wars.
i treed the Ultimate pack from steam (only works on submods) but the portraits of dragons are now human.
can you help me out?

don't know, nothing in the code that should do anything like that. IIRC that had to do with version mismatches rather than submods.
