Looks like your shortcut is broken.
Re-configure it or run the modification from Battlefield 2

I've downloaded this version of the Mod (0.3), which is supposed to be a Full Version, right?
In Singleplayer I can only see 3 maps, but only Graveyard seems to work; the other two crash instantly. Is "JOIN LOCAL" the only way to play on the other maps?

Death is Alive only runs in Cooperative/Conquest Support
Singleplayer section has been removed due to some problems with AI and map initializing
Will this mod work on the battlelog version of the game?
It was tested in these versions:
Battlelog.co / Steam
If you have installed it from CD,you need 1.5 patch
Sadly,MacOS is not supported
