Dark Angels 4.0 Last Public Release for Soulstorm - One of the most secretive Space Marine chapters in existence, soon, they will arrive in the Kaurava system ...
This 4.0 version, is - once again :) - our REALLY last and probably the FINAL version of the Dark Angels mod for SoulStorm. :)
Installation Instructions
Just decompress the archive in your SoulStorm folder, and select the mod from your in-game Mod Manager.
Note: Make a CLEAN Install of this latest version! DELETE any previous versions.
You will also need to install the following mandatory mods:

- MAJOR DEATHWING ART REWORK. Brother Kekoulis once again updated the models, and this time he performed him magic on the Deathwing. All models are now fixed, anims rectified and updated where necessary. All now use very high quality textures. The old firing problem is gone, and we have some really neat models now!
Evenmore, he updated Belial (it was a bad model), the DNs and the knights :)
Yeap, this was indeed necessary...
- The Thunderhawk model is updated!! We used the new one by brother Fedor, (Animated/OEed and put in-game by brother Kekoulis), which so beautiful and well-coded that it REALLY kicks arse! And it now has advanced missiles WITH firing animation, and it can fire its flaps dual las cannons!
- Kekoulis also updated the Land Speeder model of the Ravenwing (adding a new weapon added as well!), and it is now a REALLY good choice of a unit.
Sammael model is also updated, its combat behaviour is now optimised.
- Some final bits of fixes here and there.

I was hoping the bikes would get updated textures as well, but this will definitely suffice.

Yeah, I'm very excited for this but I can't get it to work at all. I've extracted all files to the soulstorm directory but and I go to game manager and activate dark angels, but nothing changes. I get the badges in army painter and that's about it.
Any advice?
In the 3.7 version I was unable to land the thunderhawk, I will try with this new version.
To balance the stats did you use the Codex mod or the vanilla version?

Every time I try to load the Dark Angels mod, it says it failed to load the selected game. Is there a fix?
Can i combine this mod with ultimate apocalypse or titanium wars mod or any other nod like codex
