This guide will provide you advice from a scripter that has been working with Morpheus Script since 2005, creating two complete Coop Mods with Morpheus Script. Sharing multiplayer specialised expiriance and reflecting on common handling of statements with many of the mohaa specific quirks.
Before this guide was started, intense research was conducted of the capabilities of mohaa scripting. It turned out that the original scripts in game are a absolute disaster. Learning from this code will give many wrong impressions how the code works in mohaa. Mohaa Morpheus Script code is rumoured to be very unreliable, which is not true, there are just many wrong impressions how to actually write correct code.
Even scripts from talented and experienced mohaa scripters contain many mistakes that originate from the wrong impressions of the original script code. This guide clarifies many of these impressions and provides code examples and explanations how it should be done.
This is not a tutorial teaching you how to learn scripting, you need to have expiriance in scripting to have use for this document.
