So, downloaded this mod thinking it was the game.. now I have the game, can't install it because the installation recognizes the mod as the game. Can't delete the mod in control panel, it doesn't show up in the list of programs to uninstall.. And there is no uninstall exe. included in the mod folder. Tried just deleting all associated files and removing the mod manually, no dice. SO how do I get rid of it so I can install the game and than the mod?

The new circle influence. Feedback
- Unable to invest in areas early game.
- Late game influence circle overlaps player and enemy breaking playable areas.
- Circle influence does not align with map topography. Expanding to invalid areas or into the ocean.
- Linear player stragety/choices for building towns.
- Can breaks quest, story, AI and original ideal gameplay for black and white 2.
Suggest Patch to choose between both influence systems.
Thank you for your devotion to this masterpiece game in a bygone era.
I absolutely love this mod yet I couldn't agree more with this particular aspect. One of my favourite playstyles is accepting migrations but forcing them to settle outside my walls with lower-tier residences than my Greek followers to simulate religious discrimination, but this feature broke that possibility for me.
Again, I think 99.9% of what this mod does is godly and much needed but this one thing is a gamebreaker for me. Mister Boxhead78 , if you can add some way to toggle this feature in-game or in a config.ini file that would be awesome.
Also, idk in which language this mod and scripts for this game are written in, but if you'd like help I'm a learning programmer with some free time and much love for this game in particular
such a wonderful mod.
Although I'd add some subtitles in secondary missions (English isn't my native language and I sometimes don't understant everything they say)
I hate to be this guy, coming here with a question like this. But I don't know here else to look. BWFiles community seems dead and responses there are far between eachother. My hopes is that I can get an answer here.
So, Black and White 2 is considered abandonware and can be downloaded on the net for free. I have no CD reader on my rig and as such I need to get things digitally. I got Black and White 2 and I ran into issues. First, during installation, Land 5 is skipped, so when loading into Land 5 transition it crashes utterly and I can not proceed. Second, Speech.lug error occurs during installation. No idea what it is or what happens if you don't have it.
I run on a Windows 10 64-bit system. Not sure what else to add. I have installed it on multiple locations, in D drive, C drive original bath or on the desktop. Nothing works.
Anyone can help?
Have you tried setting CPU affinity to only one cpu?

bink32.dll file not found!
You have to install it into your Black & White 2 folder. Most likely you installed it into the default path (D:\Black & White 2), but you have to change the path to your bw2 folder when installing Redux.

Absolutely in love with the mod, but why is the AI allowed to cast miracles in my influence ring and I cant do the same. Seems broken
The AI shouldn't be doing that. In which land was it where it happened?
