Good so far so I tried to check all the features by using cheats and becoming king and decided to hire some sellsword! It's bad enough that we only get to hire the windblown and company of cat but what's worse is I don't even get the damn company, all I get is the lonley mother****** who is supposed to be their leader and he doesn't even recruit troops?!?!
You have to go to the company's camp and pick them up there.

You ever get this problem fixed? I just bought the game running 1.168 and it wont start up correctly.
I fixed it by moving all of the Data folders under the extra ACOK 2.1 folder into the main folder with all of the text files. Without doing that, I couldn't even start up by getting that same error message (running same version as you). However, once I create a new character and finally get the story about hearing a blade being unsheathed (to start the first fight + gameplay), my game couldn't open a ton of textures. So idk what to do now either. Anyone?

I'm trying to do the knights, letters and dragons quest but I can't find the Archon of Tyrosh anywhere, does anyone know where he's at?

I believe he is in the castle at Tyrosh and just ask everyone on both levels but if not a got no idea mate
Ask lords of Tyrosh faction where he is. He is a regular faction leader, not some special NPC, so he roams around with his army.

I can't enter the "Eastwatch-by-the-sea" Quest "Rough speech!... WhYYY
Quit the game and start the launcher. Press configure and enable cheats. Ingame hold CTRL and click to teleport on the map. Teleport closer to eastwatch and go in. Talk to the guy then teleport back out and turn of the cheat. I was so frustrated til I found out that this works :D
Thanks so much for this, I completely forgot about teleporting. Saved me a lot of trouble there!
