We believe that games, the interactive medium, can be deserving of a place amongst the great artistic media of our time. Before it can take a place at that hallowed table, however, it must be used to create works with depth. Pieces with insight and emotion. Not shallow entertainment to be devoured by the market but sustaining relationships between artist and player. Interaction is the thing that separates games from all other art forms but it must be used to directly convey themes and ideas. Otherwise it is no more part of the overall artwork than popcorn is to a film.
