Install ReShade for Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory or Enemy Territory Legacy (OpenGL) and past RESHADELITE content in folder of the game. (Classic CRT or Cartoon-Comic's)
Set texture brightness of the world at Bright for better result with the Cartoon-Comic's preset
If you have a black screen delete opengl32.dll, launch the game, disable MSAA, close it, force MSAA with your graphic pannel, and replace opengl32.dll
You can use also the MSAA of the Game, x4 is better compromise, and / or the FXAA with Nvidia panel or ReShade (check or uncheck this in reshade config panel by pressing "Home" key)

HDR (better High Dynamic Range)
Technicolor2 (color correction)
FOV (Simulate the CRT blur effect)
Bloom (Simulate the brightness - Contrast of CRT screen)
CRT (like old screen or paper paint effect for COMIC'S)
Cartoon (for cel shading)

-ReShade Installation:
Launch ReShade installation, install it for ET:L or W:ET game with OpenGL and skip all, past the content profil of RESHADELITE (reshade-shaders folder and ReShadePreset.ini file) in the game folder, launch the game, press "home", skip tutorial, select "settings" and add in the options the Shaders and Textures folders in reshade-shaders folder. Dont forget to check performance mode for better result.
