Unlocked maps & skins addon

This fixes the game so 4 mp levels that are disabled but present in the game files can be played. A few of these levels were later included with Clear Sky and Call of Pripyat. This mod was created by Hellraiser. It is mirrored here for archival purposes as the website it used to be hosted on; StalkerInside, has its downloads now disabled.
