Install to Maps folder and use with original game and with all mods.
i will test it. i really liked this map in my childhood. thanks!
can you please look at mountain fox map(zh) also? its 4 players map and on shockwave and shockwave chaos mods after a short period of playing has medium lag. i played with 2 ai medium and 1 heavy and i think its because the routes which take to attack me is too complex having to go around a mountain because they cant take a more direct approach.
Ok. Thanks for your words, we`ll look.
sadly the lag still persists on my shockwave mod, playing 4vs4(2 hard ai and the rest medium ai). i would have said its because of my game instalation but the rest of the 8 player maps work fine.
its strange, because i tested it and map havent got no one lags.
appreciate your work nevertheless, my shockwave instalation i modified in time with addons which improve performance in lag situation and because of that 99% percent of the maps are working fine now, probably because the ai would have some fault but a map like twilight flame im sure its also because of the terrain of the map and how the ai reacts to this specific map.
Zero hour version 1.0 doesn't have any lag. In the Twilight flame map, you can play against 7 hard ai without any lag. (Like the base game Generals v1.08)
but versions 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 and 1.04 of Zero Hour have this bug. The main reason for this bug is the "game.dat" file in the game directory. By comparing the "game.dat version 1.0" file with the "game.dat version 1.04" files, this error causing memory leak can be detected. As far as I know, the programming language of .dat files is Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. Also Hex editor or something can be use.
In short, you can play version 1.0 until someone fixes this bug in version 1.04.
