Is the price adjusted for lower condition?
I believe the game scales automatically. For example I sold an itemsoup beverage with 2 uses out of 5 left and it sold for 1 instead of 15 and half condition weapons have been going for 800-1000.

I heard that the reason many people cannot find tool kits is because of outdated trader mods. Are you able to buy tool kits with this mod?

I was using the one addon with MoreSupplies also. It worked fine as well, but I have found that that one was lagging the game whenever I talked with a barter.
