Install by overwriting gamedata in main COC directory.

Changes all buying prices to be substantially higher (between 200% and 275% of item value).

Most sell prices are 50% of item value, but can be as low as 25%.

It makes restocking supplies and working towards repairs and upgrades more challenging.
