There're a few misunderstandings and the facts are written below :

1. This map is not unlimited blue , but the growth of the blue tiberiums is much faster than official maps.

2. The blue tiberiums in the middle of the map is not unlimited and it only has the same growth rate with those blue tiberiums from bases.

1. Scrin/Traveller-59 will not overpower other factions.

2. Nod factions will gain more "win" rate.

How to display the map in maplist after downloading? (For PC)

After downloading the compressed file , extracting it and pasting the folder to %appdata%\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath\Maps Then you can play the map in skirmish and multiplayer . :-)
